If you have requested information from me via my website or via phone I will store your personal data on file for a minimum of 1 year, but I will not send marketing information to you unless you have given me permission to do so.

Please note: I may not be able to delete all of your personal data from our records if you have made a purchase from me within the past 7 years. Also please be aware that because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a record without retaining some residual information retrospectively.
